I think this could be a great app, if only the setup was easier. My carrier turned off voicemail, followed all instructions, yet I cant get any calls, just voicemail, and no text functions! Disappointing!

I have the business option and really find it light years ahead of the services provided by my iPhone carrier. I concluded that the delays I experienced in getting support after setting up my account were due to high demands on a startup company. However, once contacted, support was excellent.

Was bummed when I switched to straight talk and my visual voicemail didnt work. This fixed that and even better than the iphone visual voicemail. Love this and telling friends!

Its a no brainer so dont think about and just get it. Been using it on and off for years based on employment.

A great asset to greet my clients. Im in a lot of meeting and cant get the phone. I like the person touch

Love everything about this app

Cumbersome to set up and it infiltrates many parts of your phone. You will continue to be charged every month and receive bothersome emails even after you delete the app and/or switch carriers or numbers. And actually removing the service involves calling a specific "deactivation" number then deleting your account online and unsubscribing from email. And at every step, they ask if youre absolutely SURE you want to cancel. Once you finally complete all the steps, the multiple YouMail contacts still remain in your contact list until you remove each of them separately

Im so happy with this app. Its easy to use and almost eliminated my spam callers.

This is an awesome program perfect for someone like me who is hearing impaired I like to read what I hear.

1. App doesnt work. Ive set it up repeatedly, sought support to make t work, seems fixed, but then continues not sending me visual vm and not taking vms- keep reverting back to AT&T vm after a few days ow working. 2. I repeatedly unsubscribe, which was a miserable process - they require you to tell them why youre unsubscribing and making you try various fixes before it lets you unsubscribe. Then it tells you youve unsubscribed but keeps billing you. Ugh. If you read the reviews which seem like someone who actually used it wrote it, youll see that this app, though a totally great concept, is a total scam.

Great app until you have a problem. Have emailed for help 5 times and have been completely ignored. Download at your own risk.

They make you jump through hoops of fire in order to delete this application and go back to your original carrier. That said, I am still unhappy with this service and Im still struggling on a daily basis just to receive my messages, at this point switching back to my carrier seems far-fetched until Im eligible for an upgrade . Theres nobody in person to discuss this with in customer service; Verizon wireless and Apple genius were both confused as to how this application took over my service without a way out. For the last three months, all of my professional contacts, close family members, friends and anybody else who tried to contact me have been told that my phone number is no longer in use. Having no idea, My mother was was terrified thinking something happened to me until I called her out of the blue to say hello... this application is a horrible nightmare. I wouldnt recommend YouMail to my worst enemies. I feel like they robbed me. Im paying the same ridiculous amount for my phone service yet Im not getting what I signed up for. Honestly, is plain old voicemail/visual text voicemail too high tech for monthly payments of $120 Verizon? Any thoughts YouMail? Sincerely, Not a happy customer

I just love this app. A friend was using it and raved about it so I figured I would give it a try. Im so glad I did. I love it and dont know how I didnt have it sooner!

There is a problem with the speaker/handset option. It doesnt work properly enough to be able to just go into the settings and choose handset. It takes me to speaker automatically so when I try to hear my messages in public I have absolutely NO PRIVACY. Please fix bugs!

Dont sign up for the premium service unless you are absolutely committed. Getting cancelled and refunded is not easy. There is a lot of begging and pleading from YouMail.

I use StraightTalk and this app is great!

I have enjoyed YouMail voicemail for quite a while now. And I will say it is the best visual voicemail out there.

I am just a light user of the app, but I am very impressed at how seamlessly this works. I am not a slave to my phone and often go out with just the IPad and wanted to get messages, so its perfect for me. The voice transcription works well, but I am still laughing at the transcription of a friend from Berlin. It doesnt do well with European accents.
