YouMail Spam Block & Voicemail App Reviews

Ive been using YouMail for a few years now and its become a basic must have app. Very useful with blocking spammers and personalized greetings.

If the app works for you, great. If you have any issues or need any assistance, you can forget it!

Great way to screen unknown numbers. If you really want to get ahold of me, identify yourself and leave a message. If you dont want to leave a message then DONT BOTHER ME!

This use to be an awesome app. Now whenever someone calls they dont get a greeting - only silence. Ive reported this via phone and e-mail and still unresolved. Ive lost customers and business for almost a week. Tested on a new iPhone 5s and 4s, all with current iOS, without success. :(

Honestly it does so much! Love the new pro recorded custom greeting. The setup wizard is amazing too. Best part is how it gets rid of the telemarketers and bad numbers. Just started to link from landline too.

Been using this app for several years. Never a single problem. Callers love the smart greeting! Transcription feature continues to improve. Love it!!!!

I can no longer get any of my calls. This app is a fraud, and should be removed from the App Store!!!!!!!!

Basic use case is great - you get your voicemails and can hear them. But if you want to set up groups , custom voicemail greetings for different phone numbers / numbers with wild cards, be prepared for the worst user interface you could possibly imagine. In the end, things will still not work.

got rid of buggy VisionMail. Youmail is great.

Had a very minor issue with app. and notified customer service. They fixed immediately and was extremely nice and helpfully. Been with YM for a long time, and this was the first time I had to speak to CS. Very Impressed!!!

This is a great app. I have no problem using it on my iPhone. I love not having to listen to my voicemails.

I use this app and love it. Saves the company money not having to hire a answering service or receptionist . Keep up the good work

I am not getting my voice mails. I uninstalled it and dont know how to stop it so I can get voice mails

I have found this to be useful both personally and with my business.

So far Im liking the app. It works great. Dont like all the emails. Can it be turned off? Otherwise like it so far.

I am hooked on all the fun options and its so easy to manage.

Google voice is free but constantly have issues with them. Which I cant say that u dont have issues with this one too. But why so expensive to use the voice to text or email???
