If your tired of your providers boring and limited voice-mail service, get Youmail. Very easy to setup and use. Nice job Youmail! I use it on Koodo in Canada and subscribe to a dedicated Youmail Canadian phone number.

Saving a couple of bucks by using this app in my iphone on Bell Canada. It works as a charm!

If you spend time out of cell tower coverage this is a must have. Only way I found to check voicemails with my iPhone in a wifi only setting. Visual Voice Mail requires cellular connection. If the app stays stable I will happily upgrade and give them a few bucks. 4/5 only because I had some config issues. Took a few tries to get it going.

This app is horrible. And when you delete the app and unsubscribe to their emails, they keep sending them!

Could potentially be the best program on iTunes. Works 100 times better than normal visual voicemail and its free! That said, configuring it takes a little bit more work than you would think. In Canada, use *004*accessnumber# to program it on your phone, but your carrier voicemail must be disabled first before it will work. Contact your carrier for this. Tested and working on multiple carriers! Check the YouMail website for help configuring if you cant figure it out. 5 stars!

From web & iphone app, reviews you can tell its a great service. However Rogers does not correctly parse caller id details to youmail on their call fwd settings. So your callers get the indignity of enterring your 10 digit # in order to leave a VM. Not youmails fault but yuk. So dont bother cancelling rogers VM & setting up conditional call fwd. If they fix, and Rogers has no incentive, i will be back for sure!

Useless for me. Cannot activate on Rogers.

It was sending me other peoples messages. Im assuming other people were getting mine so I deleted it.

Be careful with this app. Worked well for a couple months and then I started to get mystery charges from Montreal on my phone bill. Deactivated the app forwarding through my carrier and the application continued to forward my voicemail to itself. Costed me hundred of $s in charges. BEWARE.

Could be a great app but it is buggy as hell. Just today , YouMail was unable to play my new messages. Whats the point of this app if it can playback me messages ?

The previous reviews about YOUMAIL being a "waste of time" are completely correct. Why? Because this app is a SCAM. You are required to pay monthly for a "Premium" subscription despite being advertised as an included (Free) feature, because while the voicemail is provided to leave messages, ironically it is NOT forwarded and retrieval is a lengthy setup that may not be supported depending on ones device and carrier.. I have spent hours dealing with getting it up and running and reverting to my previous voicemail plan. Stay far away!!!
