Doesnt work and impossible to unsubscribe

1. App doesnt work. Ive set it up repeatedly, sought support to make t work, seems fixed, but then continues not sending me visual vm and not taking vms- keep reverting back to AT&T vm after a few days ow working.
2. I repeatedly unsubscribe, which was a miserable process - they require you to tell them why youre unsubscribing and making you try various fixes before it lets you unsubscribe. Then it tells you youve unsubscribed but keeps billing you. Ugh.
If you read the reviews which seem like someone who actually used it wrote it, youll see that this app, though a totally great concept, is a total scam.
